From the very shape of the nine-story building, with its undulating facade mimicking the small waves left in a boat’s wake, to the arrangement of the homes themselves—complete with panoramic waterfront views from bedrooms, living rooms, and private terraces—the blue waters of Biscayne Bay served as the project’s unifying inspiration.
